Data is one of the key ingredients of effective decision-making.

Whether you are a young couple planning to buy your first house, or a small business owner concerned about the impact of Covid-19 on your customers, or you lead a team of professional in a private insurance company interested in knowing how market for your premiums may change, you all have one thing in common: you would like to have some reliable information in a shape or format that can help you make a better decision.

Coffee & Plot is an attempt to make publicly-available data … available to the public!

We collect and clean a wide range of data on a regular basis and then share our findings here along with tools that would help you visualise the data in a way that would help you make your own decision and conclusions.

A few key things to know about us:

• We receive no public or private funding for this project and as a result we are completely independent.
• We work on this website in our spare time and it is not related to our day-time job. The content only presents our views and findings and not of our employers.
