Victoria was not the worst-performing jurisdiction in terms of YoY change in August 2020. ACT had a 26.3% decline, followed by Victoria (-25.1%) and NSW (-14.5%). WA has the largest YoY growth (21.9%).

Despite strong recovery across majority of sectors, Arts & Recreation and Admin & Support Services (employment services, travel agencies, building cleaning, …) are still sitting much lower than same time last year.
